Professor: Ignacio E. Rodriguez, Ph.D.

Projects

Project 1: Design Document Report.

Overview: "Write a Design Document Report to propose an online instructional solution (i.e. a lesson) to the need you client has expressed. Please remember that for this course, we are developing ONE multimedia/hypermedia learning object (an interactive lesson) For example, a video with a brief web-based learning activity and a short web-based assessment that helps the learners master one to three performance objectives (depending on the complexity of the objectives). The target audience for the Design Document Report is your client and/or supervisor."

Project 2: Multimedia Learning Object.

Overview: "Develop a fully online, self-paced, re-usable multimedia learning object (an interactive lesson) that is reusable by other facilitators, instructors, trainers, courses, etc., and engages the learners to master 1-2 specific skills and assesses the learners’ mastery of those skills."

Part 1: "You will design a web page that will host your re-usable learning object. For this part of the project, you will submit the link to the web page shell so I can provide feedback on the design and overall navigation of the re-usable learning object."

Part 2: "You will submit the link to the finished re-usable learning object. It will be hosted on the web page you created for Part 1 of this project."

Project 3: Summative Evaluation.

Overview: "You will conduct a summative evaluation of the re-usable learning object (the interactive lesson) you created for this course."
